We administer a Microchip between the withers around 2 weeks of age. This microchip is made in the USA and is acceptable in just about every country because of it's 15 digit code.
Another perk of the chip is that we prepay the company so all you have to do is send the company your data alongside the chip number provided by us and you enter your data online and are all set!
*Microchips are administered to goldendoodles golden retrievers by Stacy Albahari, M.S., CBCC-KA, Dip. CBST, ABCDT
For goldendoodles and golden retrievers At approx. 3 weeks of age we swab the skin cells in the cheeks of pups in the litter, and send the swabs out to be tested. The test can tell us several traits about the pups such as shedding quality, length of hair, coat details as well as size and of course health traits that can be helpful in determining the perfect match for each family.
We primarily choose puppies based on the temperament but we have many families that would enjoy a dog but also have some mild allergies so we can make the best attempt to choose the best match in these cases with the help of the DNA testing. Note that the DNA testing never ceases, the company uses the sample to test for any new traits and health conditions as they arise and we will notify you if and when something changes in your pups DNA.
Our program is run by a Certified Canine Behavior Consultant, Stacy Albahari holds several degrees in canine behavior and technology, human behavior and canine health and breeding. Follow these links for further details on her extensive credentials;

We strive to select the best match for each family and we in turn must also select the best families for our pups to be adopted. The prices are as follows: Goldendoodles $2500; Golden Retrievers $2000 Reservation Fee: $500, separate from the cost of the puppy. This is a fee to ensure our puppies are going to safe homes, it is not transferrable or refundable unless while processing your application we can not approve you, at that time you will be notified and reimbursed within 7 business days from date of receipt of reservation/application fee.
Our litters usually consist of an average of 6-8 pups per litter and we try to breed 1-2 girls around the same time so that we can have a great enough selection for families to be matched to. The first families on the waitlist will be offered pups from the most current litters IF the litters meet their needs and requirements.
If a family is not ready when offered or if they have not been asked offered from those current litters due to an inability for us to match the right puppy for them they will not lose their place on the list but will be offered upon the next litter availability. Between 6 and 7 weeks we select the pups for each family that has committed to the litter. Puppies can go home between 8 and 9 weeks, puppies must go to their homes by 9 weeks unless Breeder agrees to keep for a longer period of time.
Please know we are a breeder, not a pet store so there are no visiting hours; this is our home.
